Pim's mini cheesecake's

Good for 12 small cupcakes:
2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
8 oz cream cheese - softened
=>blend all the above together
Pim's cookies

heat the oven to 350 degrees
Put the pim's cookies, chocolate side up in paper cupcake holders
fill with the mixture above
bake around 15 minutes until golden on top

enjoy!

Goed voor 12 cakejes:
2 eieren
1/4 maatje suiker
200 gram smeerkaas
=> dit allemaal mengen
pim's koekjes

De oven verwarmen tot 180 graden
Doe de pim's koekjes, met de chocoladekant naar boven in papieren cupcake houders
Voeg het mengsel toe
Bak ongeveer 15 minuten, tot ze mooi goudbruin zien

Goonies cocktail

makes 3 gallon of cocktail:

half a bottle Bacardi Rum
750 ml Triple Sec
750 ml Blue Curacao
4 liters half-n-half soda
2 half gallons pineapple Orange juice

serve on ice and enjoy!

halve fles Bacardi Rum
750 ml Triple Sec
750 mf Blue Curacao
4 liter limonade
3 liter Ananas/sinas fruitsap

serveren met ijsblokjes en geniet ervan!
